A proper British chippy with a bit more polish than your average — walk in and it feels snug, but head towards the back and the space opens up beautifully under a glass roof, making it a surprisingly relaxed spot for a family meal. Highchairs and a children's menu are on hand, the layout is easy to navigate with a buggy, and there's some outdoor space too. No soft play or baby-changing facilities, but for families after great fish and chips in a genuinely pleasant setting, it's well worth a visit.
